Royal Industrial Trading Company held a conference in which it announced the launch of Masar initiative for pioneering ideas within its vision for 2022 (a year to success), in the presence of a delegation from Hebron Governorate, the Engineers Syndicate, the Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Economy, the Businessmen Forum and many universities. Masar initiative is the first of its kind at the level of private companies in cooperation with the Arab European Foundation.

The idea of ​​the initiative is to open the way for initiators and those interested in improving their projects and implementing their ideas by providing advice to them to bring their ideas into existence. The role of the company's initiator complements universities and business incubators to help entrepreneurs enter the labor market through its expertise and the experiences of volunteers in supporting and supporting young entrepreneurs.
